New Customers and Expansion of the Management Board in Hungary

Black&Decker Hungary has chosen the take-back systems of CCR Magyarország, namely CCR REBAT and CCR REWEEE to fulfil the legal obligations for waste collection and recycling in case of batteries and electronics. CCR Magyarország is a subsidiary of CCR Logistics Systems AG seated in Dornach near Munich.

Customers of CCR Magyarország include numerous medium-sized Hungarian enterprises as well as subsidiaries of various international blue chips, such as Ingram Micro, Vodafone, Mercedes-Benz and Nokia.

"We are very pleased that with Black&Decker a further company leading in its line of business relies on our competence in the field of reverse logistics. In addition, we feel encouraged that our pursued strategy of expansion into eastern Europe over the past years was absolutely the right one", Achim Winter, CEO CCR Logistics Systems AG.

Winter is also expressed his satisfaction with the business development of the Hungarian subsidiary over the past year. Following the foundation and consolidation of three Reverse Logistics Systems in the area of Waste Electrical Equipment and Batteries in 2007, the subsidiary's first full business year was 2008. During this time, it succeeded in gaining a large number of new customers, including Porsche Hungária, Red Bull Hungária, Kapsch, Sagem Magyarország, Einhell Hungária and Hyundai Mobile

The Management Board has now been expanded with the appointment of Andràs Zsifkovits as Managing Director as of
1 January 2009. "This appointment is a reflection of the positive performance and resulting success," commented Achim Winter, CEO of CCR.
